Quality Matters (QM) is a nationally recognized, faculty-centered, peer review process designed to certify the quality of online and hybrid courses.
Quality Matters has received national recognition for its peer-based approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement in online and hybrid learning.
The Quality Matters (QM) framework is rooted in best practices and supported by the expertise of instructional designers and seasoned online and hybrid educators. It is comprised of three core components:
- QM Professional Development Opportunities for Faculty – Applying the Quality Matters Rubric Workshop (APPQMR) is available for all ACC Faculty teaching digital learning courses.
- The QM Rubric.
- The Course Review Process.
