Digital Learning Proctoring Faculty Portal

Digital Learning Proctoring is an online testing service provided by the Division of Digital Learning. Proctors monitor students live through Class during exams. This service is available for all fully online course sections and is one of the proctoring options instructors can use.

Our Mission

We believe in addressing the need for accessible online testing alternatives for faculty and students, so we tailor our program to provide secure online testing with a live proctor. As a result, we offer the most flexible test options at times that are convenient for students.

DE PROCTORING 101

• DL Proctoring utilizes Class to administer exams, which enables our proctors to monitor students and their internet activity simultaneously. 
• An ID check and an environment scan are conducted at the beginning of every testing session.  
• Exams are proctored according to the information on the Academic Test Transmittal Form entered on Test ACCess.
• Upon the approval of your Transmittal form, students will be able to schedule an appointment to take their exam.
• Due to the volume of exams, we are unable to schedule same-day appointments.
• DL Proctoring will only proctor one exam per session with a student. Exams cannot be paired up into a single session.
• All students have access to the DL Proctoring Student Portal, which contains the links to schedule appointments, practice sessions, a Q&A, etc., to help them have a successful testing session.
